The largest stacking machine in Poland will go to Bełchatów Mine
The largest stacking machine in Poland, which was produced by FAMUR FAMAK in cooperation with SKW Biuro Projektowo-Techniczne sp. z o.o. from Zgorzelec, started its journey to a new open pit in the Bełchatów Lignite Mine.
ZGOT 15400 (Z-92) is the largest stacker manufactured in Poland and one of the largest self-propelled stackers used in surface mining around the world. The machine boasts impressive parameters. The total weight of the machine exceeds 3,660 tonnes. The capacity of the stacker is 15,400 m3/h.
The stacker was manufactured by our company in 2002.
ZGOT 15400 has a route of about 8 km to cover. On July 30 this year, the stacker crossed the Łask-Częstochowa road. The maximum speed at which the machine can move is approx. 7 meters per minute.
