- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of implementing the agreement pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the legitimate interests pursued by the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council in connection with the management, planning and organisation of work, protection of the controller's property.
- Your personal data will not be processed automatically, including in the form of profiling.
- Your personal data will be kept for the period required by applicable law and for the time required to establish, assert or defend claims.
- The recipients of your data may be entities providing IT services and other entities authorised under separate legal regulations.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, to rectify, delete or restrict the processing, the right to object to the processing, and the right to transfer the data.
- The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract. Therefore, should the data not be provided, it shall prevent the performance thereof.

- Personal data will be processed for the purpose of verifying the identity of persons authorised by the Parties to exchange information, make arrangements on behalf of the Parties and take other actions indicated in the agreement, using the provided e-mail addresses, telephone numbers of individual employees/cooperators, which results from the legitimate interest pursued by the controller and is necessary for the performance of the agreement to which your employer is a party; Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
- Your personal data will not be processed automatically, including in the form of profiling.
- Your personal data will be kept for the period required by applicable law and for the time required to establish, assert or defend claims.
