FAMUR FAMAK SA is a team of employees with the highest qualifications in the field of engineering design, production and management. Specialised trainings
We facilitate development and improvement of qualifications through participation in specialised courses and training. In 2020, we organized a number of managerial training sessions for our employees, regarding project management and TWI. Additionally, we offer participation in foreign language courses organised in our company.
Co-financing of studies
We support the expansion of knowledge also by subsidising education in undergraduate, engineering, graduate, postgraduate and MBA studies.
Social package
We offer the opportunity to take advantage of a social benefits package, tailored to the needs of employees. They can decide for themselves what they want to spend their money on, including Christmas or Easter benefits, subsidies for holidays or cultural and sporting activities. Additionally, we care about their children, in particular on Children's Day or Saint Nicholas Day.

Depending on the position you are applying for, we may ask you to take a knowledge test or fill out an online professional profile form.
After each stage of the recruitment process, we will inform you of our decision. If it is positive, we will invite you to a meeting in the company or present an employment offer by phone. We can ask you to sign a preliminary agreement.
We offer paid internships for 4th/5th year university students and for those who have completed higher education up to 2 years before.
Our program is an opportunity to gain valuable professional experience by working alongside highly qualified professionals. Program participants work both on current tasks as well as on specially assigned projects – to showcase the knowledge they gained during their studies. Internships last from 3 to 6 months.
