Integrated Management System Policy
Management Board of FAMAK Inc. in the aspect of the integrated management system, defined the policy of the integrated management system in force in the Company with the following content:
THE OVERALL GOAL OF FAMAK S.A.’ IS TO ACHIEVE CONSISTENT POSITIVE FINANCIAL RESULTS BY PRODUCING PRODUCTS AND PROVIDING SERVICES THAT MEET CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS, MAINTAINING A REPUTATION AS A TRUSTWORTHY PARTNER, WHILE ENSURING FULL COMPLIANCE WITH ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATIONS AND GUARANTEEING WORKPLACE SAFETY.
The set goal we want to achieve:
- By improving the quality management system in accordance with the PN – EN ISO 9001:2015 standard through:
- continuous contact with the customer to understand their requirements,
- establishing mutually beneficial relationships with contractors,
- responsibility of every employee for the quality achieved at their workstation,
- cooperation with all suppliers of materials and services to maintain high quality standards throughout the supply chain,
- increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of processes in terms of added value in order to meet customer requirements while simultaneously reducing costs.
- By ensuring the effective operation of the environmental management system according to the PN – EN ISO 14001:2015 standard through:
- raising environmental awareness among employees and contractors,
- regular assessment of environmental conditions and provision of appropriate resources and measures,
- minimizing environmental impact by limiting emissions into the atmosphere, rational waste management, and reducing electricity and water consumption.
- By ensuring the effective operation of the occupational health and safety management system according to the PN – ISO 45001:2024 standard through:
- continuous improvement of safety and hygiene performance,
- providing safe working conditions that take into account health protection, prevention of injuries and health ailments related to work,
- fostering a sense of personal responsibility among all employees to perform work safely and in a way that does not threaten health,
- guaranteeing the involvement of employees and their representatives in decision-making processes within the occupational health and safety management system,
- utilizing initiatives and ideas from employees concerning occupational health and safety.
- By consistently developing the integrated management system through:
- involvement of top management in maintaining, reviewing, and improving the system,
- operating the company within applicable standards and legal regulations,
- identifying, monitoring, eliminating hazards, and reducing risks as well as opportunities for improvement in quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety,
- cooperating with contractors and suppliers who have established competencies and meet our requirements regarding quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety,
- improving human potential and raising quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety awareness through systematic training,
- providing reliable information to interested parties about the company’s activities.
