2. FAMUR FAMAK SA is a part of the TDJ Group, therefore your personal data will also be controlled and transferred within the TDJ Group to achieve the processing objective.

4. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of the recruitment process.
5. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the legal obligation of the controller under Article 6(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council – the Labour Code and the consent of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
6. Your personal data will not be processed automatically, including in the form of profiling.
7. Your personal data will be kept until the recruitment process is completed and, if you agree to participate in future recruitment processes – until that consent is withdrawn. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time by sending a message to odo@famak.com.pl. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal.
8. You have the right to request access to your personal data, to rectify, delete or restrict the processing, the right to object to the processing, and the right to transfer the data.
9. Providing your personal data within the scope of Article 22¹ of the Labour Code is required to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing any other data is voluntary.
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
